Our Story
I remember the first night that I actually got to meet those blue eyes and dimples that I was totally amazed by on mR Brent M. Watson. We met at a Schmoozefest downtown Greensboro at Churchills. I ended up staying out later that night consumed in conversation with Brent. That night changed the rest of my life. There was just something about his charm that got my attention more so than any other. From that night on we began date nights, Grasshopper baseball games, listening to our favorite music and good food. Something even bigger than that was the start of millions and millions of pictures that captured every timeless moment we shared. We've had so many happy, rocky and sad times throughout the begining of our life long adventure. Happy times you will very much see in all of the pictures. The happiest and most shocking moment for me was on the island of Antigua at Turner Beach while vacationing on a Southern Caribbean cruise with friends. Brent and I had decided to take a walk along the shoreline of the most beautiful beach I had ever seen. As we started to make our way back towards our friends Brent shocked me on one knee and asked for my hand in marriage. I was so shocked that I asked had he found the ring in the seashells. I of course said "YES" the minute I realized that moment was real. We bought an amazing Golden Retreiver whose name is Deacon, whom caused many sleepless nights and many destroyed items that his sweet little teeth decided to chew. We experienced weddings and births of many of our close friends and family. One wedding in which was my twin sister that now added 5 more special loved ones that bring so much joy to our lives. A rocky moment for us was a trip planned to Orlando & Miami and Brent's job came to an end. We still ventured down south and made the very best of a nervous moment for him. With Brent's job changing experience I as well decided to venture out to another company in August of 2009. The transition was very stressful and time consuming but we managed to tough out our once easy day to day routine. And last we had to experience great sadness, a death that was very unexpected at the time, Brent's father Charles Watson. For the time that I knew Charles his health had been affected by cancer in his kidney that had to be removed. That then required dialysis three days a week which was extremely hard on Charles' body at times. Charles was going to be the "Best Man" right by Brent's side on our wedding day and that special day he will be missed but still there in our hearts.
Our Wedding
We are very excited about our ceremony at The Hayloft in McLeansville. The ceremony is going to be captured with amazing friends and family. It is only a matter of time until I take those first steps down the aisle in my wedding dress to become Mrs. Brent Watson! This will be an event captured with tons of pictures and we can’t wait to share it with all of you!
Our Reception
Our reception will be fun, fabulous and a night full of pictures! Please join us and celebrate our new lives as Mr. and Mrs. Watson! There will be dining, drinks, dancing, live entertainment and good times for all! Our wedding reception will immediately follow our ceremony at The Hayloft.
